The 'Scorched Earth II' event, held at a Peterborough club on 03/05/1992, was an interesting, fan-led evening of VdGG and Hammill related music. (I also appeared at the first 'Scorched Earth' the previous year, but I have no photos of that.) Over the years, I have written several songs with Hugh Banton, and this was one of them. I rate his compositions very highly.
